Precision Machining

Since its creation, AFT Micromécanique has invested over 20% of its turnover in new production facilities to offer the highest quality machinery and latest technological processes for medical implant and instrument manufacturing.
 
We have more than 16  Willemin-Macodel CNC machines with 5 to 11 axes able to machine raw material stock or bards up to Ø 32mm. And more than 30 citizen CN lathes movable headstock from 12 to 32mm with B axis.

Dry Machining For Medical Industry

Our team of experts works with PEEK material without using any fluids. Complex pieces can be made out of these materials with high sophisticated design and accuracy and low tolerance.

Assembly & Finishing

AFT provides cleaning, assembly and finishing services. Our experts assemble individual components into complex products for the Medtech industry.

Our assembly and finishing workshop integrates surface treatment operations such as mechanical deburring and polishing. We carry out sub-assembly assemblies and laser marking of all our parts.

We are equipped with 3 laundry cleaning machines including passivation qualified according to medical requirements.
